Audit your sitemap hreflang
Does your sitemap declare hreflang? Check their reciprocity (return tags), BCP-47 codes and x-default with the Hreflang Auditor.
Paste the URL of an XML sitemap (or a sitemap index) or enable discovery from robots.txt. The tool crawls sitemaps recursively, extracts all URLs with their metadata, audits hreflang and duplicates, and exports to CSV. No data is stored.
How it works
- Sitemap URL: paste a
sitemap.xmlor a sitemap index. - Robots.txt: automatically discovers declared sitemaps.
- Hreflang: extracts
xhtml:linktags and audits reciprocity. - Filter: regex to keep only some URLs.
Automatic audit
- Detection of duplicate URLs across sitemaps.
- URLs without hreflang (if extraction enabled).
- Hreflang without reciprocity, with diagnostics.
- Full or per-source CSV export.
